Please help us make Om spa a haven of peace, healing and tranquility for all our guest by observing these simple guidelines.
  • Om spa is a professional therapeutic massage spa. We take pride in the quality and treatment. We give to our clients because we give from our hearts. We request you to respect our choice of profession by staying decent in your choice of words, action and thought before, during and after your treatment with a therapist.
  • We request our guests to inform their therapist of any area needing special attention, any specific precaution to be taken or any medical condition they may have i.e HBP, recent operations, heart ailments, back problems, varicose veins, etc. This information will allow your therapist to take the necessary precautions during your treatments and ensure you have a pleasant experience with us.
  • We request all guests to switch off their cell phones before entering the spa. Give yourself a gift; a moment of pure, uninterrupted relaxation.
  • The spa is a smoking-free environment so refrain from smoking.
  • We request a deposit of Rs 1000 per person to secure an appointment. All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • We accept cash  & card payments for our services. Cheque payments are also accepted for Mauritian citizens only.
  • Gift vouchers can be purchased at the spa reception. Our vouchers have a validity period of 3 month which we consider sufficient for claiming. It is understood that, beyond this delay, we cannot consider any more extensions or claims.
